Shipping, Returns and Refunds
SHIPPING:
Domestic Deliveries.
We offer FREE standard delivery on every order within Singapore. The delivery time for standard delivery is 1-3 working days, following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. Please leave a contact number on your order confirmation for ease of delivery or rescheduling.

International Deliveries.
For international deliveries, Bravo Collection uses standard delivery which means that, depending on your location, you should receive the Products within 6-12 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. The delivery costs will be shown upon your check-out.
Order Tracking.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped out and will receive a code so you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to email us on bravocollection.asia@gmail.com
RETURNS:
All Products purchased on www.bravo-collection.com may be returned within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery of the Product no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A Product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

REFUNDS:
Once your returned Product has been checked, Bravo Collection will send you an e-mail letting you know if the Product has been accepted. Bravo Collection will then proceed with either refunding your money or allowing you to purchase a substitute Product. In case of a refund, a SGD 6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refunded item(s) benefitted from free shipping. Please note that your shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
